My favourite pony (tied with Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash), Applejack is an apple farmer, she's strong, tomboy, hard-working, honest, kind, isn't afraid of mud or of saying what she means, and has obviously an adorable Southern accent.
Her braided mane was the reason why I waited that long to draw her, but I took courage and took my pencils.
And I can honestly say that there is nothing that I find flawed. I did have to add a bit more braids than in the reference picture, as I got her mane lenght wrong and needed to compensate. But other than that, I love her eyes, her trademark crossed leg, her hair and hat...
